摘要
为建立一种检测保健食品中总黄酮含量的快速分析方法 ,以活性成分芦丁为标准品 ,在其紫外最大吸收峰 4 15nm处测定其总黄酮的含量。方法的最低检测浓度为 0 1μg mL ,芦丁标准品在 1 0~ 2 5 0 μg mL范围内具有良好线性关系。平均加样回收率为 97 6 2 % ,相对标准偏差为1 85 %。该方法简便 ,重现性好 ,可作为检测保健食品中总黄酮含量方法之一。
A quick analysis method was established for the determination of total flavonoid in health foods. The absorption maxima of UV was at the wavelength of 415 nm by Lutin as standard.The detection limit was 0.1 μg/mL. There was a good linear relationship within the range of 1.00~25.00 μg/mL.The average recovery rate was 97.62%, RSD was 1.85%.This method is simple and reproducible. It may be one of the available methods for the determination of total flavonoid in health foods.
