摘要
本研究利用水溶法提取花生蛋白和油脂后的副产物——花生粗纤维为主要原料,发酵生产复合核黄素,并与黄豆粗纤维生产复合核黄素进行比较,发现用花生粗纤维生产的复合核黄素,其核黄素的含量比用黄豆粗纤维生产的含量高2~3倍,脂溶性维生素A、D、E、K、氨基酸和对人体有益的矿物元素的含量都优于黄豆粗纤维生产的产品。
The experimental condition and analysis result of developing vitamin B2 complex from peanut crude residue by solid fermentation of Eremothecium ashbii ZMG - 3 . The content of vitamin B2 ,amino acid,miner-al elements and vittamin A,D,E,K in vitamin B complex which was produced from peanut crude residue as main raw material is 2-3 times higher than that produced from soybean crude residue as main raw material. The result showed that the peanut crude residue is a new type of raw material to produce vitmninB2 complex.
