Studies on the Effect of Interfacial Agent on Glutamic Acid Crystallization

本文介绍了表面活性剂对等电点提取谷氨酸的收得率之影响。通过正交试验确定提取过程的最佳条件。试验结果表明,它可使等电点法收得率提高10～20％。

This paper studies the effect of interfacial agent in the yield of glutamic acid extracted by using isoelectric point method. The optimun reactive condition of extracting process was determined by means of orthogonal experiment. The results show that the yield of the proposed method is being 10-20% highter than that of the conventional method of isoelectric point.
