Isolation and Screening of the Catalase-Producing Lactobacillus and the Conditions for Enzyme Production

从不同生态环境分离到21株产酸菌,从中筛选出一株产乳酸力强、产胞外过氧化氢酶活力较高的菌株TL012,其产酶最适温度为38℃,初始培养始pH6、培养50小时,在脱脂奶粉培养基中产酶可达98.40μ/ml。

From 21 lactobacillus strains, we screened out a promising strain TL012 with extracellular catalaseproducing capacity. The optimun catalase-producing conditions showed as follows: Temperature 38℃, initial pH of medium 6, time of culture 50h. Under this conditions the catalase activity reached 98. 40u/ml.
