Protection of Human Rights in Korea Republic' s Legality and its Enlightenment

摘要 本文首先简要回顾了韩国的法治化历程,然后研究了韩国法治化进程中人权的状况,并依据现行法律和制度探讨了韩国对人权的法律保护,最后提出了几点也许有利于我国民主法治建设的启示。 This article reviews the process of legality in Korea Republic and the human right situation in the process.Then the article researches on the protection of human rights in terms of law and institution and then raises the points of the possible enlightening it brings.
