摘要
基于江苏省领先外贸企业的实证调查所取得的关于外贸行业电子商务系统数据的分析表明,外贸电子商务仍处于初始阶段,其虽然在推动外贸企业提高管理效率、运作效率和降低交易成本等方面取得了一定成效,但在基础设施及相关环节的配合上依然存在诸多阻滞因素。外贸企业必须在整体环境改善和系统工程构造的前提下,主动开展电子商务。
Ecommerce has become a substantial behavior of import & export companies in China since 1998, and it has become a main force in improving both operation modes and competitiveness for import & export companies. However, the materials regarding this area are very limited. An analysis based on the survey made on the ecommerce of leading import and export corporations in Jiangsu Province shows that ecommerce of the import & export corporations is still at an early stage. Ecommerce is very effective in improving the efficiencies of management and operation and lowering transaction cost for the above corporations. In the meanwhile, these corporations still have some obstacles in various kinds of infrastructure and the cooperation problem from the corresponding organizations. Import & export companies should be more proactive in doing ecommerce based on the improvement of the environment and the construction of systematical engineering for ecommerce.
