摘要
随着高等教育事业的日益规模化和市场化,高校必须按照市场规律将有限的人力资源进行合理配置,因此,对人才队伍进行有效的设计和规划就显得尤为重要。采用模糊数学建模的方法对高校人才队伍评价进行研究,可以对人才作出科学合理的评估。
With the marketoriented development of higher education,it has become a must for colleges and universities to make a rational distribution of their human resources.The adoption of fuzzy mathematics model will help us to make a rational and scientific evaluation of human resources.
