摘要
我国现阶段的犯罪有增无减,原因是多方面的,但最主要的不外乎社会的主要矛盾———人们日益增长的物质文化需要与生产力落后的矛盾;在改革开放中,引起的人生观、价值观、信仰等发生偏差;在社会物质文明建设中,对精神文明建设投入不够;在管理过程中,管理机制不健全;社会控制能力在某些领域很弱等等。
WTCrime,as a special phenomenon,can br found in every stages of the development of a society and is always under the consideration of the ruling classes.It is obligatory for the leader cadres to spot the roots of crimes and explore the ways to control the growth of crimes.In this article,the author discusses the variable causes of the crime and holds that all this lies in the basic contradiction of the society.At the same time,the writer believes that it will be helpful for us to make the corresponding controlling measures and will provide the favorable conditions for the smooth development of our society.
