摘要 综合课程教师的文化素质结构是一个多维度、多层次的复合体,但其中以树立牢固的综合课程教育观念、建构丰富的知识结构、形成多方面的教学能力为核心。我们只有营造宽松的社会环境,充分发挥教师的主观能动性,从多方面创造条件支持、鼓励教师通过学习、实践、反思等途径形成教师良好的素质,才能真正发挥综合课程的价值和作用。 The structure of teachers/ cultural quality is a varied unity.The core of the structure is for teachers to foster their educational ideas of comprehensive curricula,get their extensive knowledge and cultivate their teaching ability.Only by making their social environment better,allowing full play to their initiative,creating favourable conditions for them in many ways and supporting them in developing their good quality through study ,practice and self-questioning can comprehensive curricula play an important part in quality-oriented education.
