摘要 核心竞争力是企业所具有并可为企业带来竞争优势的特定能力的有机组合,对核心竞争力进行评价是管理学界的一个热门话题。本文设计了一套指标体系,用层次分析法和模糊综合评价理论对我国采油企业的核心竞争力进行了评价,并提出企业核心竞争力的培育实际上是一个资源—能力的转换过程,我国企业培育核心竞争力必须在培育管理能力上花费更多的时间和精力。 Core competition competence is the integration of the special powers possessed by the company to bring competition superiority. Evaluation of core competition competence has aroused the attention throughout the circle of management academicians. Making use of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper has evaluated the core competition competence of oil extraction enterprises in China. At last, this paper draws a conclusion that the cultivation of core competition competence is actually a process of converting resources into competence. To cultivate core competition competence, enterprises in China must spent more time and energy in cultivating management ability.
