新疆农村全面建设小康社会探析

On Overall Construction of Better-off Society in Rural Area of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

20世纪90年代以来,新疆农村经济有了很大发展,农民收入有了一定程度的增加,生活明显改善,贫困人口减少,但与全国农村平均水平相比,新疆农村的发展依然落后。在新疆广大农村全面建设小康社会的过程中,应进一步加快经济发展,推进农业和农村经济结构的战略性调整,增加农民收入;不断深化农村改革,推进农村各项社会事业发展,最终实现城乡可持续协调发展的目标。

Rural economy in Xijiang Uygur Autonomous Region developed greatly since 1990s of 20th century, which increased the total income and living standard of peasants and reduced the poor population, however, the rural development of Xinjiang still fell behind the national average, therefore, it is a gigantic task to build a betteroff society in vast rural area of Xinjiang, in the construction process, the fundamental issue is firstly to speed up the economic development, promote the strategic adjustment of agriculture and rural economic structure, and increase the income of peasants; secondly, to deepen the rural reform and accelerate the development of all rural social facilities, eventually, to achieve the objectives of sustainable and coordinate development of rural and urban area.\;
