摘要
目的 :探讨子宫肌瘤患者血中性激素水平与超氧化物歧化酶的含量及其相互关系。方法 :采用放谢免疫法 (RIA)对 4 0例子宫肌瘤患者 (肌瘤组 )和 2 0例健康女性 (对照组 )测定血清中促卵泡成熟素 (FSH)、促黄体生成素 (L H)、垂体泌乳素 (PRL)、睾酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )、孕酮 (P)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)含量 ,并做统计学处理。结果 :子宫肌瘤患者无论增殖期或是分泌期血中 E2、P、PRL 均显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;而 FSH、L H、T与对照组无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。SOD与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :E2、P、PRL 增高对子宫肌瘤的发生发展可能起协同作用 ,而 SOD也参与了肿瘤的发生与发展。
Objective: To explore sex hormone level and superoxide dismutase content and its relationship. Methods: Serum FSH, LH, PRL, T, E2, P and SOD levels of 40 patients with hysteromyoma (cancer group) and 20 healthy women (control group) were detected using RIA. Results: Serum E2, P and PRL level of patients with hysteromyoma in the proliferation period or secretion period were higher than that of control group ( P <0.05); while there were no significant difference in the level of FSH, LH and T between two groups ( P >0.05). There was significant difference in the SOD level comparing with normal control.Conclusion: Increase of E2, P and PRL could play the coordination role in the development of hysteromyoma. Also SOD may be take part in the development of hysteromyoma.
