摘要
对丙烯腈 丁二烯 苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)合金的流变行为进行了较详细的研究。内容包括:不同配比ABS PMMA混合物的熔体表观粘度随温度的变化;不同配比ABS PMMA混合物的熔体表观粘度随剪切速率的变化;相同配比ABS PMMA(70 30)混合物的熔体表观粘度随温度及剪切速率的变化。研究结果表明,ABS PMMA混合物熔体表观粘度随着体系中PMMA含量的增加而逐渐升高;高PMMA含量的ABS PM MA混合物的熔体表观粘度对温度更敏感。
It studied the rheological behavior of ABS/PMMA alloy,including the variation of melt apparent viscosity with temperature and shearing rate under different blending ratio of ABS/PMMA,and the variation of that with temperature and shearing rate under same blending ratio of ABS/PMMA(70/30).The results showed that the melt apparent viscosity of ABS/PMMA blend was risen with the increase in the content of PMMA,and the apparent viscosity of ABS/PMMA with high content of PMMA was more sensitive to temperature.
