摘要
西北有色金属研究院有一台20kW电子束炉,真空度不稳定严重影响该该设备生产质量提高。本文在分析电子束炉真空度不稳定原因的基础上,阐述了新的真空系统控制方案及其算法。新系统真空度稳定,调节方便,极大的提高了产品质量和产量。
Vacuum degree affected greatly the output and quality of the 20 kW Electron Beam Furnace in Northwest Institute for Non-ferrous Metal Reseach. The project and arithmetic how to control the vacuum degree are introduced by the analysis of the reason why the vacuum degree is unstable. The vacuum degree of new system operated easily is stable, it improves the output and quality.
