By dynamically tracking the utility of PGMs(precision guided munitions) in the Iraq War, this thesis makes a detailed analysis of the utility of the air launched PGMs,air defense missiles,cruise missiles and tactical ballistic missiles in the battle fields and their problems exposed, predicts the future trend of them, emphasizes the key technologies in the development of the PGMs,stresses the strategy of fundamentality and seriation, and focuses on the design of generalization and modularization to decrease cost and improve cost effective ratio.
