摘要 上海市某保护建筑是一幢建于1930年的七层钢筋混凝土框架结构建筑,房屋质量检测中发现该房屋存在混凝土疏松碳化、开裂、钢筋严重锈蚀、混凝土强度偏低、喷水池漏水等现象。MCI-2023迁移型钢筋阻锈剂被用来阻锈,FS-1型渗透型混凝土保护液用来恢复混凝土的碱性,H-40高强灌浆料用来修复损伤的混凝土,环氧树脂浆液用来灌注混凝土裂缝,赛柏斯水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料用来修复水池底部渗漏水的梁板。修复后使用至今,效果良好。 A Shanghai municipal preserved building is a 7-storied reinforced concrete frame structure constructed in the 1930's. A number of serious problems concerning durability have developed over the years. In housing quality inspection, this building was found that the concrete real compression strength was 7.7-22.4Mpa only, some columns, beams and slabs were cracked, reinforcement cirroded, concrete carbonated and loosen, and fountain leaking. A restoration and protection plan was made. The MCI -2023 migratory anti -corrosion material was painted on reinforcement bar surface. The FS-1 permeable concrete protecting agent was used on carbonated concrete to regain alkaline. Epoxy and H-40 high strength grouting material were used to repeair the beam and slab cracks. The XYPEX crystal concrete waterproof material was used to restore leaking fountain. The Restoration plan achieved excellent effects.
