近常温与窗口温度下活性炭用于烟气脱硫对比实验研究

摘要 本文研究近常温下与窗口温度下活性炭用于烟气脱硫的控制条件,对影响活性炭烟气脱硫的重要影响因素进行了分析。近常温下,湿度在11%左右,氧气含量大约在9%左右脱硫率最高,温度对脱硫率有一定影响,比表面积越大脱硫效果越好;在窗口温度下得出烟气进口氧气含量为9%左右,温度在190℃左右脱硫率较佳,水蒸汽含量增加脱硫率增大,并在实验中得出活性炭用于工业当中要考虑适当的水蒸汽含量和空塔速度以节约成本。 The controlled condition of flue gas desulfurization under Near Home Temperature and Window Temperature was studied in this text,and analyze the important affecting factor in the flue gas desulfurization.The results of under Near Home Temperature:humidity is 11% or so,optimal content of O2 is 9% or so,temperature has some effect on desulfurization,the dedulfurization efficiency increases with surface area of activated carbon;The results of under Window Temperature:optimal content of O2 is 9% or so,optimal temperature is 190℃ or so;the efficiency of desulfurization increases with content of H2O steam.If FGD by activated carbon will be used in indus-try,the suitable space velocity and content of H2O steam will be considered.
