改善成纱条干提高布面质量的实践

The Production Practice of Improving Yarn’s Evenness and Promoting the Quality of Cloth Cover

分析影响布面质量的诸多因素 ,针对主要问题———条干进行研究和探讨 ,并积极采取有效措施。重点做了并条工序及细纱工序的工艺优选、引进高速并条机、合理搭配细纱牵伸部件、对挡车工操作提出新要求等工作。通过以上措施 ,使成纱质量达到了用户要求。

The paper analyses the factors of affecting cloth cover's quality.Through studying and inquiring about the main factor,i.e.the problem of evenness,the effective methods are taken energetically.The emphasis is put to the preference of drawing process and spun yarn working procedure technology.In equipment,the high-speed drawing frame is introduced,reasonable arrangement of the parts of spun yarn which should be stretched.Meanwhile,new requirements to spinner's manipulation,etc.are raised.Through tackling key problems,we can make the produced yarn meet the need of the users.
