摘要
任何一种管理理论和技术都有一个与国情和本企业具体情况相互适应、相互融合的过程。从人力资源管理的相关因素 ,即企业战略、企业文化、组织结构和功能、管理者和人力资源等特点入手 ,结合纺织企业特点从总体上给纺织企业人力资源管理提供某些有意义的建议。
During the course there should be an adaptation to the country circumstance and a harmony to the situations of respective enterprises.Starting with the analysis of the factors related to HRM(the strategy management,the organization's culture,organization structure and function,manager,the character of HRM),it will give some proposals in general to the management in textile mill,concerning to their respective situations.
