摘要
对失效气门的断口、硬度和金相组织以及与气门机构相关的零件进行了分析,结合气门的工作条件及生产与 装配工艺,将气门的主要失效形式归纳为七大类,并提出相应的改进措施,取得了明显的效果。
The fracture,microstructure and hardness of the broken valves and the related components were analyzed.Along with working condition and the production and assembly processes of the valves,seven types of failure modes were estab-lished.Relevant measures were taken into use and good results achieved.
