HRP标记大白鼠咬肌感觉神经元和运动神经元的差异

摘要 注射HPR于6只大白鼠咬肌。存活30小时的4只动物,不论HRP注射剂量,注射范围如何。仅在三叉神经中脑核观察到标记细胞,在三叉神经运动核未见标记细胞;延长存活时间至54和78小时,于三叉神经中脑核和运动核都观察到标记细胞,但三叉神经中脑核细胞的酶标颗粒较运动核者粗人、密集、色深。推测这种标记差异与神经细胞的功能状态有关。 The HRP (Dong Feng Rz: 2.0-2.5)was injected into the masseter of 6 rats. In 4 of 6 animals surviving 30 hours after injection of HRP the labelled neurons did not appear in the trigeminal motor nucleus, but appeared in the trigeminal mesencephalic nucleus. When the survival time was prolonged to 54 and 78 hours, the labelled neurons were found in both trigeminal mesencephalic nucleus and trigeminal motor nucleus, but the HRP labelled granules of the neurons of the trigeminal mesencephalic uncleus are larger, denser and more heavily than those of the trigeminal motor nucleus. This HRP labelled defference proobably relates to the functional condition of the neurons.
