The Market Economy: the Development in Europe and the Reform in China

从发展资本市场、深化国有企业改革、推进政府改革和实施全面开放政策等方面对欧洲市场经济的最新发展和中国的经济改革进行了全面的比较,并指出,所处的经济发展阶段不同,使得中国和欧洲面临不同的问题,导致了欧洲与中国在市场经济的发展中采取了不同的战略。

This paper compares the current development of the market economy in Europe with the economic reform in China in many respects, such as the development of the capital market, the further reform of the state-owned enterprises, the reform of the government and the open-door policy. Then this paper points out that, because of the different development stages they are in, Europe and China face different problems, so they choose different strategies in the development of the market economy.
