论国民党政府开发西北的政策与陕西近代农业的发展

On the Policy of the Development of Northwest Regions Carried out by Kuomintang Goverment and the Development of Agriculture in Modern Shaanxi

20世纪30年代以后,随着国际国内形势的急剧变化,国民党政府开始把战略重点转向西北地区,相继颁布和实施了一系列开发西北的政策和措施,以图尽快将西北地区建成持久抗战的战略基地。在中央政府政策、资金、技术等方面的支持下,陕西地方政府也采取了相应的配套措施,从而有效地促进了陕西近代农业的较快发展,使陕西农业经济在发展速度、规模、效益等方面均达到了近代以来的最高水平。

After the thirties of 20th century,the kuomintang government began to put the strategic stress on the northwest regions of China because the threat of Japanese invasion.The kuomintang government and the local authorities of Shaanxi adopted a series of policies and measures which helped the economic development of agriculture of Shaanxi province.With the help of policy、money and technology of central government,the agricultural economy of Shaanxi province had achieved remarkable development during that period.The development of agricultural economy reached the highest level in modern Shaanxi.
