摘要
本文探讨了以中草药为原料 ,生产保健型碳酸饮料的药浆处理工艺 .针对离心沉淀和超滤只能处理因物理因素引起的沉淀的情况 ,在实验中采用明胶沉淀法的新工艺 。
The new technology for medicine thick liquid of health carbonated beverage from Chinese Herbal Medicine is studied in the paper. The method precipitated with the gelatin can better prevent to produce floccule in Chinese Herbal Medicine carbonated beverage than other methods in the experiment.
