论研究生教育中存在的问题与对策

On Problems and Countermeasures of Postgraduate Students’Cultivation

我国研究生教育近年来发展迅速 ,同时也出现了一些问题 ,反映在学位点申请、导师遴选、招生、课题申报、学位论文撰写等方面。要解决这些问题 ,就应加强学风和思想道德建设 ,建立和细化评审标准 ,建立合理的管理制度和机制 ,成立中介组织或中介专家评审团 ,整顿学位秩序。

The postgraduate students education in China develops rapidly in recent years, however there are problems in application of degree stations, selection of directors, recruiting students, declaration of subjects, paper writing and so on. To solve these problems, countermeasures should be adopted such as strengthening style of study and moral education, setting up and refining appraisal standard, establishing reasonable management mechanism, forming experts appraisal group and normalizing degree order.
