摘要
为解决给水管网模拟计算中忽略阀门阻力产生的误差,通过实验研究建立了给水管网中常见阀门———闸阀局部阻力系数与相对开度的数学模型,基于阀门"当量长度"概念,提出计入阀门阻力时给水管网的模拟计算方法.指出阀门的局部阻力系数不仅与开度有关,还与管径密切相关;不同管径的阀门,在同一相对开启度下的阻力系数不同.
In order to eliminate the head loss caused by valves, a mathematical model has been established for the relationship between the coefficient of minor loss and the relative opening degree of gate valve through experiments, and then verified through the comparison of the actual values with calculated values. Based on the concept equivalent length of valve, the calculating method is proposed with the head loss caused by valves taken into consideration. It is pointed out that the local obstruction coefficient of the valve relates to the opening degree and pipe diameter. Even at the same relative opening degree, the coefficient of minor loss is different for different pipe diameters of valves.
