摘要
依据超声波在金属介质中传播时产生反射、透射及衰减的基本原理,分析了金属薄板点焊接头的形成机理及组织结构,归纳了不同焊接质量的点焊接头其反射、透射及衰减回波的不同规律特点,利用这些回波特点,实现了对焊核大小及厚度的快速检测.结果表明,该方法的检测结果可靠,不仅能对汽车车身点焊接头进行100%的快速无损检测,而且适用于任何金属薄板点焊接头质量的检验.
Following the basic principle that ultrasonic can travel, form echoes, penetrate and attenuate in metal medium under different conditions, the forming mechanism and structure of spot welding are analysed, and the characteristics of ultrasonic echo under different condition are compared, and ultrasonic inspection is used to check the spot weld size and thickness. Test results showed this method is credible, and it can be used to inspect the spot weld quality of car bodies quickly by 100%, and inspect the spot welding quality of any sheet metal.
