摘要
讨论了爆炸接合复合板材研究中存在的问题,认为复合板材接合界面涉及到金属融体的非平衡凝固过程,可能会存在马氏体等固态相变,但不可能形成非晶态。由于爆炸接合过程在瞬间完成,接合界面的溶质原子扩散不明显,所形成的化合物可能来自复合板材的后期退火。接合界面的绝热剪切带中存在再结晶晶粒,可能是动态再结晶也可能是静态再结晶形成的。爆炸接合引起的晶粒细化为金属材料表面纳米化提供了一种重要的途径。
Some problems dealt with the clad plates by explosive bonding were discussed. It is concluded that interface of the clad plates is related to the non-equilibrium solidifying process. Besides solid phase transformation such as martensite transformation, it is impossible for amorphous phase to form due to lower cooling speed. Because it takes very short time for explosive bonding process, diffusion of solute atoms can not be found markedly in the bonded interface. Some compounds are possibly attributed to annealing at the later stage of manufacturing process of plates. Recrystallization grains in adiabatic shear bands in the interface are formed by dynamic or static recrystallization. Grain refinement by explosive bonding can be used as a way of surface nano-crystallizing for metallic materials.
