摘要
以天然粉石英为骨料、硅质粘土为基础料、有机泡沫体为制品骨架,在1360℃保温30min获得了气孔率为76%、强度为1.6MPa的石英网眼多孔陶瓷。通过XRD、SEM研究了粉石英含量对陶瓷物相组成和显微结构的影响。粉石英含量过少会使多孔陶瓷体孔筋产生微气孔,但粉石英含量过多莫来石量会有所减少;比较合适的含量是粉石英和基础料的比例为3∶7,这时孔筋非常致密,几乎看不到微气孔。
A polymer immerging method was applied to prepare porous silica ceramics. The natural silica and clay was chosen as original materials. A sample sintered at 1 360℃ for 30 minutes had a porosity of 76% and its compression strength was up to 1.6MPa. The sample was investigated by means of XRD and SEM. The effect of SiO_2 addition on phase and microstructure of porous silica ceramic was discussed in detail. When the addition ratio of SiO_2 to clay was 3∶7, the sample had an ideal microstructure without obvious pores in pore wall.
