This paper discusses the relationship between human beings and festival culture. It is pointed out in this paper that birth, development and prosperity of the festival are closely related to human beings; the cultural tradition embodied in festival culture is the integration of the mode and the identity, and this tradition centers on human beings; festivals are the crucial point of role transformation of human beings, and the place where people identify with each other.
