摘要
本文从三个方面论述了建立与完善高新技术产业发展支持体系。通过加强政府宏观引导与调控,发挥市场在资源配置中的基础作用,完善风险投资机制,形成对高新技术产业集中而持久的支持,促进我国高新技术产业的健康发展。
The paper discusses how to set up and perfect the supporting system of the high-tech industry from three aspects. It is pointed out in this paper that the government should strengthen macro-adjustment and control, give play to the market in resources disposal, and perfect the mechanism of the risk investment to support the high-tech industry permanently and to push the development of high-tech industry forward.
