产业集群:后发地区的跨越式发展模式

Industrial Clustering: the Mode of Leaping Development in Underdeveloped Areas

本文理论分析和实证研究了产业集群与后发地区的相容性,认为传统的区域发展模式难以使后发地区较快摆脱发展困境,而产业集群模式的供给与后发地区对产业发展模式的需求能够构成一对供需关系,产业集群可以成为后发地区的一种跨越式发展模式。通过弱产业集群向强产业集群转变,后发地区能够实现经济较快发展。

This paper makes a theoretical analysis and a positive study of the compatibility between industrial clustering and the underdeveloped areas. It is pointed out that traditional regional development modes can't help the underdeveloped areas get rid of poverty, but the supply of industrial clustering mode can satisfy the needs of the underdeveloped area's industrial mode, and the industrial clustering may become the leaping development mode in underdeveloped areas. The transformation from weak-industrial clustering to strong-industrial one may speed up the economic development in underdeveloped areas.
