摘要
目的针对肿瘤热疗的新方法———经皮注沸水疗法建立相应理论模型并进行初步研究。方法将热过程简化为一维球坐标下的两相传热传质问题 ,采用多孔介质下的Pennes生物传热方程 ,对沸水在肿瘤中的流动及传热进行数值模拟。结果计算得到热水前阵面和热前阵面随时间变化的关系曲线 ,以及不同注射量对热水前阵面及组织温度分布的影响情况。结论注沸水型加热方式可灵活地对病灶实施靶位定向加热 。
Objective To establish a mathematical model for heat and fluid transport in living tissues and perform preliminary study on a new hyperthermia approach based on percutaneous injection of boiled hot saline water. Method The problem was simplified as heat and flow transfer in one dimension spherical coordinate system. Heat and mass transfer between hot saline and tumor tissue was simulated basing on Pennes bio heat equation for porous medium. Result Transient moving front of the hot saline, transient moving front of the heat and the temperature distribution, as well as influences of injection velocity on the above fronts were obtained through theoretical prediction. Conclusion It is concluded that when well controlled, the hot saline injected percutaneously can readily raise the temperature of the target site in the tumor. This is of importance for clinical treatment of tumors.
