摘要
介绍了以VDS-5 型垂钻系统为代表的负液压导向纠斜原理以及自行设计的基于正液压导向纠斜原理的纠斜系统,并论述了液压系统的工作原理、回路设计等内容,通过实验,验证了系统的可行性。
On the basis of principle of auto-control vertical drilling system,taking VDS-5 type driller as example,negative hydraulic guiding corrector theory is introduced.The corrective system has been designed out and described in detail base on positive hydraulic guiding corrector theory.It is made up of three back-up blocks,and controlled by hydraulic system.The working principle and circuit design of the hydraulic system are expounded.The experiment for the hydraulic system verifies that the corrective system is feasible.The effective solving scheme is put forward in view of the problems existed in experiment.
