It contains abundant traditional physical education culture for nationalities in Enshi autonomous prefecture, and it possesses characteristics such as abundance in substance, diversity,popularization,regional nature and simplification in form and so on. Its functional value mainly displays in keeping fit,recreation,education,athletic competitions and social interaction and other aspects.
