全面建设小康社会,加快推进社会主义现代化,是十六大会议的主题,是鼓舞全国各族人民奋勇前进的动员令。本文阐述了小康社会的内涵及标准,并从恩施州的实际出发,找出了恩施州与其他地区的差距,提出了恩施州全面实现小康社会的对策。
The main topics of the Sixteenth National Congress the Chinese Communist Party are completely building well-off society and propeling the socialist modernization.The article expounds well-off society's standards and contents,analyzes the gap between Enshi Prefecture and other areas and proposes serveral measures to completely building well-off society in Enshi Prefecture.
