On the Innovation of the Party Construction in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

当前,高校改革发展中出现的新情况、新问题要求高校党建工作不断创新,必须用"三个代表"重要思想指导高校党建工作,不断完善高校领导体制,加强党建后续力量的培养,以基层党组织作为创新平台,把党群关系作为突破口,完善民主监督机制,不断巩固党执政的根基,提高高校党建工作的水平和效能。

At present,many new cases and new problems are appearing in the development of high schools' reformation.It requires continuous innovation in the Party construction of colleges and universities and it asks us to apply the important thoughts of 'three represents' to instruct the party construction,improve the leadship continuously and strengthen to develop the follow-ups in the party construction.On the innovative platform of the fundamental party orgnizations,we should take the relation of party and the mass as breakpoint,improve the democratic supervisory system,continuously,enhance the foundation of our Party's government and raise the standard and efficiency of Party construction in colleges and universities.
