自动控制技术在砂布生产中的应用

砂布生产厚度自动控制技术研究的目的是将过去由人眼看,手摸判断砂布胶的厚度、改为用同位素射线测厚仪测量厚度。通过显示运算,在砂布生产过程中进行自动控制,使胶的厚度接近最佳值,提高砂布质量和增加经济效益。

The purpose of studing the technique to automatically control the thickness of emery cloth being produced, is to make isotopic-rays thickness-measure unit to measure thickness, instead of using eyes or lingers to judge it. Through calculating and displaying the producing process of emery cloth is controlled automatically, thus making the glue's thickness as close to the best thickness as possible. So, the quality can be improved, and more ecnomic efficiency gained.
