摘要
本研究初步观察了注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)后雄性大鼠松果体的超微结构。其主要的变化是:粗面内质网和平滑內质网显著发达,同时脂滴巨大并数量增多。高尔基氏器极度发育。细胞突起终末中充满了许多有衣小泡,内含絮状物。观察结果表明:HCG引起细胞增高合成、分泌抗促性腺素的活性。对松果体与下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴系的负反馈机制进行了讨论。
The ultrastructure of male rat pinealocytes was studied after HCG administration. The main ultrastructural features as follow: an increased development of the RER and SER as well as the increased number and size of lipidd roplets have been found. The Golgi apparatus were extremely developed. Terminal buds of pinealocyte process filled with smooth vesecles which contain flocculent material. The results showed that HCG caused these cells to enhance activity in synthesis and release of the antigonadotropic materials. A negative feedback mechanism between the pineal and the hypothalamo-hypophyseo-gonadal system is discussed.
