摘要
利用氨水洗涤电厂模拟烟气中的CO2 温室气体 ,在合适的操作条件下 ,可以实现很高的CO2 脱除率 (达到 95%以上 ) ;当入口CO2 体积分数分别为 10 %、12 %、14 % ,氨水吸收CO2 的脱除率超过 90 %时 ,进口CO2 体积分数对氨水吸收CO2 脱除率的影响不大 ;随着氨水浓度的增加 ,氨水吸收CO2 的吸收速率和达到平衡状态时CO2 的脱除率都要增大 ;氨水洗涤CO2 温室气体的动力学研究表明 :在实验所涉及的温度区间内 。
This paper described our research results on a novel CO_2 removal approach using ammonia for scrubbing.Under proper conditions the removal efficiencies were stable and was in the range of 95%—99%.When inlet concentrations of CO_2 were 10%,12%,14%(V/V),respectively,and the removal efficiencies were higher than 90%,the influence of inlet CO_2 concentration on the removal efficiency was minimal.It indicates that high potential of scrubbing with a fast absorption rate by ammonia occurred in the system.The results indicated also that temperature had a key role in the CO_2 removal and the removal efficiency reached its highest at about 33℃.From the kinetics of scrubbing CO_2 greenhouse gas by ammonia,it showed that,at experimental temperatures,the chemical reaction could be described by Arrhenius' Law.
