摘要
本文介绍用光弹性试验测定挤压凹模工作时承受的内压力分布规律,在此基础上作了凹模的有限元优化设计,最后进行了光弹性实验验证.这种综合分析方法为提高模具的承载能力、节省模具材料和改进模具结构设计提供了有益的经验.
A method for measuring internal pressure distribution on a cold extrusion die by photoelastic experiment is described.Based on the above measurement,a die is de- signed by FEM-optimuming process and verified by photoelastic experiment.This synthetical analysis will enhance die bearing capacity and improve die design as well as economize die materials.
