摘要 “9·11”事件是美国霸权战略的分水岭。“9·11”事件为美国送来一个明晰的战略对手 ,强化了美国以保守主义为基础的霸权战略大调整。美国霸权由主导型霸权向帝国式霸权转化。美国的这一霸权战略必将对世界格局产生重大的影响。
