摘要
C^(+6)重离子辐照对枸杞种子萌发的抑制效应随辐照剂量增加而增强。辐照种子细胞内产生的染色体畸变程度和辐照剂量呈正相关。在萌发过程中,辐照种子内DNA 合成起始时间和高峰期推迟。在DNA 合成非峰值期,DNA 合成水平较高。RNA 合成起始早于DNA,在培养8—20 h 时间,对照种子RNA合成水平高于辐照种子。
Germination rate of irradiated seeds ofLycium barbarum L.decreased with increaseof C^(+6) heavy ion irradiation dosege.Rateof micronucleus in irradiated roots increa-sed with increase of C^(+6) heavy ion irradia-tion dosege.Initiation and peak occuranceof DNA synthesis in irradiated seeds waspostponed.Activity of DNA synthesis inirradiated seeds was higher in unscheduledDNA synthesis during germination.TheRNA synthesis started earlier than DNAActivity of RNA synthesis in unirradiatedseeds is higher during earlier stage ofgermination(8—12h).
