摘要
组织变革是战后组织研究领域的热门话题,而组织变革理论得到运用最多的是在企业界。众多成功公司,将成功的原因归结于公司变革。但事实上,变革也可能给公司带来失败。公司的生机来自于对公司管理的变革,公司变革的效益和可持续健康发展来自于对公司变革的管理和领导。可以按照“5W1H”和管理的思维进行变革的分析、设计和实施。变革中,领导应当是成功的核心因素。
The issue of organizational change has been studied extensively after the World War Ⅱ, and the theories of organizational change have been applied mostly to the area of business corporations. A lot of corporations attribute their success to the corporate change. As a matter of fact, corporate change would also induce the corporations into failure. Of course, the vitality of a corporation comes from the changes for corporate management. Anyway, the profit of corporate change and the sustainable development of a corporation depend on the management and leadership for the corporate change. 5W1H and managerial thinking could be used to analysis, design, and practice the change. Leadership should be the core factor for success of the change.
