摘要
管理者常常抱怨对员工的激励没有达到预期效果。其原因不是员工不愿受到激励,而是激励本身没有带来他们所期望的结果。笔者根据激励理论提出了个性化激励的概念,强调激励是针对个体的而不是针对群体的,并给出个性化激励方案设计的原则和方法,认为建立个性化的激励机制是解决员工激励不足问题的主要途经。
The management always complains that the motivation offered to employees cannot produce the expectant effect. The problem is not that employees are not willing to be motivated, but that the motivation is not what they desire of. According to the theory of motivation, the concept of individualistic motivation is introduced, which emphasizes that the motivation should be aimed at the individuality but not the collectivity. In this article, the principle and method with regard to the design of a personal motivation scheme are argued. It is considered that to establish the individualistic motivation mechanism is the leading approach to settling the deficiencies in the motivation offered to employees.
