摘要
2003年8月,为深入研究农村教育,促进农村教育改革与发展,北京大学教育经济研究所和东北师范大学农村教育研究所联合主办了"农村基础教育改革与发展研讨会",对农村教育的许多重大理论问题进行了广泛和深入的探讨:1 从方法论层面探讨促进农村教育改革与发展的策略;2 总结"中英甘肃基础教育合作项目"经验,为解决贫困地区义务教育提供了崭新思路;3 对"以县为主"的教育管理体制进行了探讨;4 对农村课程"为农服务"的价值取向进行反思,探讨农村教育课程缺乏适切性的原因及对策;5 关注农村教师的生存和发展困境,从实践层面来寻求出路;6 关注农村教育中公平、效益问题;7 如何处理农村基础教育与人口素质和就业的关系;8 从文化学的角度分析农村面临的问题以及教育在改造贫困文化中的作用。
In recent yeas, the government increase the devotion to rural K-12 education in a large scale so as to balance the resources of inter-area. But there is still the discrimination between urban and rural areas. To attract the attentions of society to the problems of rural education, to take up the research of multi-subject on it, to open up the field of it and enhance the efficiency and adaptability of the fruit of the research, to advance the process of science and democracy of rural education policy and to improve the quality and level of it, Institute of Economic Education of PeKing University and Institute of Countryside Education of Northeast Normal University fronted for Forum on the Reform and Development of Rural K-12 Education and discussed many important theoretic issues on rural education in width and depth.
