新世纪统一战线正从爱国统一战线向建设统一战线转变。在这一转变过程中,统一战线的反对对象呈现复杂性和变动性,团结对象空前广泛,民族和宗教问题越来越突出。对此,我们必须认真思考,改变思路,以使统战工作取得最佳效果。

The front line in the new century is changing from a patriotic united line to a constructive one. In such a changing process, the forces that the united front line objects to are becoming complicated and changeable, the forces it is going to unify with extremely general, the problems in ethnology and religion increasingly more stark than ever before. Against such a situation, we must seriously ponder over the key issue and change our thinking ways in order to achieve the best effect for the united front line work.
