Experience and lesson from institutional reform of the state asset management in Russia, Poland and Czech

俄罗斯、波兰、捷克已基本完成了由计划经济向市场经济的转轨,经济步入了增长通道。通过设立专门的管理机构、明确出资人代表、管理法制化等,逐步形成了比较完整的国有资产管理体制,使国有资产管理走上了规范化的道路。

Russia, Poland and Czech have basically finished the transference from planning economy to the market orientated one, and their economy also initiated into a growth track as a result. After establishment of special management agencies, making clear the investment representatives, and determination by law of the management, these countries have formed a somewhat complete management system of state asset. Therefore, the management of state asset has been under way in a standardized form.
