摘要
1988年的《女职工劳动保护规定》是符合当时历史条件的,但从目前现实情况看,其适用主体、原则、范围、具体内容、法律救济途径、法律责任等规定都需要重新审视,应当进行全面修改。
Although the 'Regulations on the Labor Protection for Female Workers' issued in 1988 was suitable to the historical condition of that time, some of its items such as subject, principle, scope, concrete connotation, way of legal support among others need to be reviewed again, and to be given a total revision.
