文化管理,体现人力资源管理的更高层次,是企业管理的新阶段。探究企业文化的目的,在于通过建立企业文化达到更有效的企业管理。在知识经济时代,通过文化管理可以有效地提升企业的竞争力。
Cultural management is the highest level of human resource management, and the new phase of industrial management. Exploration in an enterprise's cultural target in a significant sense means establishment of enterprise culture to realize a more effective industrial management. In the era of intellectual economy, cultural management can help to promote effectively the competitive capability of an enterprise.
